Product Return PolicyYou have the right to return the products you have purchased and request a replacement.
1. in all cases in which incorrect products or products of poor and defective quality were sold due to COSMOEAR's proven fault (error in order receipt, invoicing, shipping, damaged in transit, with poor packaging, etc.) and
2. in all cases in which there has been a problem / actual defect in the product (functional or quality) covered by the product warranty considered that the warranty has been given by COSMOEAR. This provision does not apply to products covered by third-party guarantees such as from the product manufacturer or its agent.
In all these cases, the customer has the option either not to accept the receipt of the product in the first place or, after having received it, to return the product within 20 days from the day of delivery.
In any case, the products must be returned in excellent condition, in the condition they were received by the customer, complete and undamaged, the packaging of the product must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition. If they are not returned within 20 days, then COSMOEAR may not accept any return or replacement. In any case and for all the above cases, the maximum return period for replacement cannot be extended beyond twenty (20) calendar days from the date of receipt. In addition, for all cases, the product to be replaced-repaired must necessarily be accompanied by all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g., Delivery Note -Invoice, Delivery note- Retail sales receipt, etc.). In any case, the return or replacement is possible under the following conditions:
• the product has not been used •
the product is accompanied by all the necessary documents, which prove the transaction (e.g. Delivery Note - Invoice, Delivery note - Retail, Sales Receipt, etc )
Specifically:
• In case that an item you received is problematic, you can send the product to COSMOEAR. If the product shows a manufacturing defect, we will immediately replace it free of charge and cover all shipping costs.
• In case that we have sent you the wrong item, we will send you the correct one and undertake all transport costs, old and new product
• In case that it doesn't work for you, you can change it within 20 days (with its complete packaging), bearing the cost of its transportation.
Safe products - Warranty terms
The available products of the COMPANY are durable products that carry all the necessary certification of safe operation. The products are accompanied by written instructions of use (except for easy-to-use products) and a written guarantee of good operation of a reasonable duration, in the Greek language. The warranty form always includes the name and address of the guarantor, the product to which the warranty refers, its exact content, its duration, the local extent of its validity, as well as the rights provided by the applicable law. The warranty of the device has a duration according to the manufacturer from the date of its purchase and allows the free of charge repair of the problem, if the following conditions are applied:
· To have the warranty of the agency and proof of purchase of the device.
· The fixed data of the device must not have been altered (Serial number -SerialNo.)
· To not exclude damage based on the manufacturer's warranty form.
