Ordering processORDER
People over the age of 18 have the right to order. In case of false or altered information, www.cosmoear.gr bears no responsibility. The order is valid after filling in the required fields in the online order form of www.cosmoear.gr. To complete the process, it is deemed necessary to read and understand the terms of use as well as to accept them. Partial or total cancellation or change of the order can only be done after COSMOEAR has been informed in time by phone at 698 33 55555 or email at customerservice@cosmoear.gr before receiving the item from the distribution company.
On all pages of the online store, under each product there is its title and price. Entering the product you will find its code, its photo (indicative packaging), its detailed description, its price. To order it, click "ADD TO CART"
Serf to our online store and add to your cart the products you wish to buy.
To continue shopping, select from the central categories the one that contains the next item you are looking for and add it to your cart as well. When you have finished selecting the items you pfer, go to your cart and check the items and quantities you wanted, you have the option to completely remove a product or change its quantity, after checking and possible corrections you have made, pss the "complete" button order". You can order either as a guest by filling in the necessary information (email- First Name- Surname- Mobile- Country- State/Region- City- Address- Postal Code, or as a member of www.cosmoear.gr by filling in the form your e-mail & the password you stated during your registration and log in to the member's area, either by selecting Connect with social media, Facebook, or Google.
If you are not a member, pss the button to create a new account. Fill in the new member registration form with an active email account . The e-mail you will register must exist because all our communication will be done through the e-mail you have registered during your registration, you can also register through social media, Facebook, or Google.
ORDERING PROCESS
The order is completed in 9 steps.
In the 1st step, select if you wish to issue an Invoice, fill in the necessary information (Business name - VAT number - Name of the person in charge - DOU - Type of Business).
In the 2nd step, choose if you wish Shipping to another Address, fill in the necessary information (First Name- Surname- Country- State/Region- City- Address- Postal Code).
In the 3rd step you choose the Shipping Method.
Select Courier
In the 4th step, select the Payment Method. Here you are given the option to choose to pay with
A. Payment via PayPal
By choosing PayPal as the payment method, you are automatically transferred to the PayPal page to complete the transaction and pay for the order. PayPal is the most well-known, secure and reliable intermediary for online transactions.
B. Payment upon receipt of the order at your place (cash on delivery):
Pay the partner of the courier company, with the delivery of your order to your place. The payment method by cash on delivery is valid for the Greek territory.
According to the applicable tax provisions, a document with a value of €500 and above (including VAT) to individuals (Retail Receipt) and to professionals/businesses (Sales Invoice) must be paid exclusively and only by all other payment methods excluded from this cash on delivery.
The cost of the cash on delivery is set at €3 and is borne entirely by the buyer.
C. Payment by credit/debit and ppaid cards:
By choosing the specific payment method, you are automatically transferred to the Piraeus Bank epos page,
We expssly state that payment by card is done solely at your own risk and none of the information entered in the epos environment is recorded, copied, or registered in any COSMOEAR system.

Please send us the copy of the bank order - payment by email to orders@cosmoear.gr , stating your order number so that identification can be done easily and quickly. Upon receiving the copy of the bank order - payment, we will immediately process your order.
In the 5th step , fill in the field Notes and special requests that may be useful for your order.
In the 6th step , fill in the field Do you have a discount code ? If you have a discount code, write your code so we can calculate the discount amount on your order.
In step 7 read and accept the Terms of Use - Privacy Policy
In the 8th step you choose whether you want to receive discounts, offers and newsletters.
In the 9th step , select ORDER CONFIRMATION (in case you have chosen to pay via PayPal or credit/debit and ppaid cards, you will be automatically transferred to the corresponding website-form of the financial electronic transaction service provider to complete the payment of your order) after submitting your order, you will see the following message (example):

Shipping and receiving
Delivery dates and times:
Delivery days are from Monday to Friday from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm for Athens and Thessaloniki. For the rest of Greece, the delivery times of the courier company apply.
Delivery of products: Within 2 to 3 working days in the capitals of pfectures (Mainland Greece) and within 3-5 working days in islands and remote areas, if the products you have ordered are available. The above deadlines do not apply during periods of extreme weather or strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect transport times.
Shipping Costs / Free Delivery:
The amount of the transport costs is set at the amount of €7 and is paid entirely by the buyer, for orders over €100 the transport costs are free for the whole of Greece.
